As you may be aware, the Hilton Head Harbor rental office has recently posted on their website that "AS OF 9-1-20, due to our POA covenants, we do not accept pull behind travel trailers or 5th wheel travel trailers with slides and they cannot exceed 35ft in length."
We (the individual lot owners) would like to point out that the POA has NOT requested the rental office to apply these restrictions and they are acting of their own accord.

Located on beautiful Hilton Head Island, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, we are a luxury RV resort consisting of 200 individually owned RV lots. Each lot has a cement pad, most capable of parking big rigs. All lots have 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV.
Our many amenities include two crystal clear pools, 1 tennis court, an exercise room, 2 bath houses, available wi-fi, owners' lounge, onsite gourmet restaurant, playground and sun deck. There is also a public fishing pier and charter fishing available.
Our owners' association is governed by a nine member Board of Directors. All 200 lot owners are members of the association and pay monthly maintenance fees determined by the board. These fees pay the common expenses of operating the resort.
Our Resort Manager handles the day to day operation of the resort. The manager is responsible for landscape maintenance, enforcement of rules and regulations, payment of bills, collection of receivables, preparation of financial statements, etc.
