The resort is opening for business on Tuesday October 18th. There is still no cable TV in the resort and the wi-fi system has not been checked due to no cable service. After cable is restored the wi-fi system will be worked on. All of the big debris has been cleared and Butch's crew is in the process of picking up the smaller debris in the resort. All owners who have not been down to check on their rigs yet the all clear has been given and any owner who comes down will not interfere with the clean up process. We hope to have all of the big trees that have fallen and the trees that need to be cut down finished by Monday. All debris in the resort playground area will hopefully be removed by Monday also. We would like to thank all of the owners who cooperated with us and remained away from the resort so that Butch's crew could have easier access to the debris. We really appreciate your understanding in this matter. We are happy to inform you that Butch's crew had the park basically cleared of the debris in less than 3 days and with the help of John and Sarina and the Rental Office the resort is back open for business in less than a week after a major hurricane! All we can say now is:

Located on beautiful Hilton Head Island, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, we are a luxury RV resort consisting of 200 individually owned RV lots. Each lot has a cement pad, most capable of parking big rigs. All lots have 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV.
Our many amenities include two crystal clear pools, 3 tennis courts, an exercise room, 2 bath houses, available wi-fi, owners' lounge, onsite gourmet restaurant, playground and sun deck. There is also a public fishing pier and charter fishing available.
Our owners' association is governed by a nine member Board of Directors. All 200 lot owners are members of the association and pay monthly maintenance fees determined by the board. These fees pay the common expenses of operating the resort.
Our Resort Manager handles the day to day operation of the resort. The manager is responsible for landscape maintenance, enforcement of rules and regulations, payment of bills, collection of receivables, preparation of financial statements, etc.
There has been a mandatory evacuation declared for the coastal counties of South Carolina. According to FEMA and the covenants of the RV Resort all owners are required to remove their rigs from the resort. If you choose to not remove your rig and your RV causes damage to the resort or someone elses property you WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF ALL DAMAGES.
